Cons: I could not get the program to install after a few hours of trying, I ended up downloading and Successfully installing Image Converter .EXE from SoftTech InterCorp, as this program would not work.

Pros: Does a wonderful JOB when converting images. I love the full-screen compare feature. Plus all the effects are a bonus and put it above all the other programs out there. Highly Recommend Program. Conversion done it seconds!

Pros: Personally I don't know why download.com gave it such a low rating. Sure it a very simple program, but that is the point. It needs to be small and do what it does: change resolutions. Anything else would make it bulky. I give it 5 Stars, for each of use, ease of installation. And amazingly 'small' file-size after install. (It also take up almost nothing in memory.!)
