Works well & Easy to use

Pros: Easy to use, just load video to be converted and you can leave the video/audio settings to Auto if you don't know what settings you want. You can convert multiple files at once.

Cons: It uses ffmpeg to convert video files, so you have that as a limitation. No dual-core support. The videos convert well, it's just that the highest quality setting just isn't high enough. There is still some blockiness when watching on the Zune.
