Below-freeware quality at an in-box-software price.

Pros: Simplicity, maybe? It does store snippets.

Cons: If this was freeware, I wouldn't complain. But $24.95? For this? I had to disable anti-virus to get it to install. It uses a variable-width font. There are no customizeable options. Only one level of categories, no tree. Right-click on tray icon only offers Open and Exit. (I had hoped I could paste snippets via the tray.) Won't uninstall because it crashes. I won't name them here, but there are a couple of freeware apps with more to offer.
