Tiny and quiet!
Pros: Explaining a bit more about this extension than the publisher does - basically it's a compact little extension that shows up in the form of a little red down arrow on your status bar when it detects imbedded items on a page. If you hit the arrow, you can download the embedded items - hence the name. Other than that it doesn't disrupt your browsing and takes up no space on the status bar which is why I use it as my download manager for imbedded items rather than Amazing Media Browser, which has more features (it's on addons.mozilla.com don't know about here), but takes up more space in my memory and status bar.
