Pros: It sound all good and installation is easy, but...
Cons: Tried to convert a WMV to a FLV, did the job but when attempting to play it it switched immediately to "pause" end went no further. Might work the other way round, but to create FLV files seems a problem

Pros: I had to refurnish a six room flat combining furniture from two different locations and was desperate to find a way to do it. “Room Arrange” helped me doing the job in only two days. It’s a remarkable program, worth every cent of its 20$, and the new version 5 (2007) contains almost everything one needs, from a large collection of objects to many basic forms allowing one to build objects not in the collection, such as old furniture with unusual forms. The program is easy to use, at least in its 2D dimensions, once one has understood its basics and I had no problem using it on a XP machine. 3D effects are great, but it’s a bit more complex to get going with it. That took me a couple of days more... The Check origine of this program proves that we in Europe are also capable of great programming, and - believe it of not - even understand the difference between inches and centimetres !
Cons: The help menu, available in many languages, is well written but a bit too concise and has no search. It is only available online, which means one has no help without an internet connection. A downloadable version “for idiots” should be made available.

Pros: Really the first program that gives the information accurately, without fuss and... without adds. My spywhere software is happy.
Cons: Switching from one location to an other could be made more simple and direct. Not enough European locations are available and no satelite animated maps from outside North America. But this is no a reason not to use this great program

Pros: I use Skype since now two years, travel with it, have hooked up at home and in hotels around the world. Use it frequently for communications from Europe to North America or Asia and very seldome had a bad line. I mostly use it for communicating with landlines or portable phones numbers and communication are very cheep indeed. But you need for that good equipmen, such as USB earphones (Logitec has the best in my opinion) and possibly a DSL line. Have advised Skype to many friends and business partners
Cons: Find bothering the to many mails asking my opinion if the communication was good or not, but understand Skype needs a feed back.

Pros: Its ease to use, its versality with all its ad-ons, and finaly a program that does it all - even simple color corrections and croping, and is free...
Cons: Would love to say something against it, but really there is nothing I could find. Of course for image detailled editing a more powerfull program might be usefull next to it.
