Excellent
Pros: program loaded up and worked fine booted up ok on two other PC's and allowed access to recover files from a locked XP laptop

Version: 1.0.0328works ok except for MP4, it demanded a new codec H.264 AVI hanen't found one yet to try
Pros: easy to operate
Cons: not enough codec's and no info how to find and install them
