It's generation capabilities allow you to easily create databse driven pages, without having the need to spend the time and money in building your infrastructure. The fact that you can also extend the generated code adds more value to it and prevent you from being locked into the product's framework.

If you're not a .NET expert then the added value of the product is even bigger since this will flatten your learning curve and allow you to use the latest technologies while still lerning them without compromising on quality and results.

Cons: When you're going for the complicated stuff you need to be creative and understand the way Iron Speed Designer works in terms of controls and methods, but once you've realized that, you're back on the sattle again. additionally, another limitation that can be resolved by yourself is the fact that the product only supports Oracle and Microsoft's database.
