Pros: Easiest time keeping program i have used haven't had any of the mentioned problems - so can't comment on them. Had a problem on registering the product and their tech support helped me within minutes after I purchased the product. Nice folks.
Cons: would like more user control over reports but it appears new version covered my immediate needs.
