Pros: This program is free and it's easier to use and more reliable than some of the pay programs. I've never had a problem with a virusand I run Norton on my machine.
Cons: It doesn't have all of the features of some of the pay programs, but you can't beat the price and reliablity.

Pros: Has nice features.
Cons: It worked fine in trial. After the install several key functions did not work. Others only worked intermittently. Support responds quickly but the answers do not help the ongoing issues. Many times answers do not relate the the issue described. I finally gave up emailing back and forth. Would be great if it worked consistently.
