GOod game, and now free

Pros: This is free. I bought this game for £5 a few years ago. It was worth it then. its definately worth it now. Despite the simple graphics, this is one of the most challenging and fun strategy games out there. A real mind bender to actually complete.

Cons: Simple graphics, repetitive battles.

Innovative

Pros: This program is rather basic as an IM client. It offers few features. It doesnt offer webcams, or anything like that.

However, it has one unique feature. It can run over the top of an online game, allowing you to chat to your fellow players while still in the game, without slowing down your computer or affecting your gaming experience in any way. It can be minimised behind the game and brought back forward with a simple button combination at any time.

Cons: Very basic

Microsoft office, but free! What more can you ask for?

Pros: Basically, this program is microsoft office, for free. It offers basically the same programs, under different names and with different aesthetics.

But its pretty much the same thing. The file types are interchangable, openable in Office and OpenOffice, but also adds its only password protected file type, known as .ODT.

It runs off java, giving it a slightly slower loading time than normal, but makes for a smooth experience.

Cons: Doesnt have the same name as office... And a very big download for those on dialup or with a useage cap.
