Great Product!!

Pros: i haven't had any issues with it except they make you pay for some premium stuff which is mainly

allowing to change your ip for certain software like messenger software which i really don't see the

point in that. It is easy to use and has not failed me once. I can say it does run fast which surprised

as most others run slow. The biggest plus they don't force you to re buy the product yearly unless your

going for the premium servers.

Cons: I bought this product and the only real complaint is that i attempted to install it on a virtual Os using virtual pc 2007 with windows 2000 and it saw it as another machine entirely and i was forced to deactivate it from windows xp x64 so it would work on the virtual pac windows 2000 even though it was on the same machine. I can understand protecting your software but this type of software is going to changed quite a bit and it seems that "hide my ip" hasn't figured that out.

So Nero 7 isn't great yet

Pros: Nero has never been up to par when it comes to a new major version. This has been true with nero 5, 5.5, 6.0, and 6.6. So my question is, What did you expect? I tried Nero 7 and it sucked and i'm a major firm believer in Nero at least there previous versions.

Cons: Now Like i said Nero 7 sucks but i absolutly love Nero 6.6 but saying that and kinda repeating myself this program just needs time to mature, give it another 6 month's and try it again this will give them time to make fixes. Now as far as it becoming bloat-ware i agree with that there adding too much and not fixing problems before they add something new. I believe the main thing that attracted users to nero is the fact they kept the software as small and running clean as possible and it was extremely easy on resources. Now the problem with the customer support i've been there and it's like this if they don't get there act together and support there customers i won't buy. I believe a piece of software is only as good as it's customer support. Let me write the equation crappy support is = to crappy software. Nero get your head out of your butt and give customer support and clean up nero 7. Remember the most powerful thing is word-of-mouth it can make or break you. I've seen companies go out of business purely because of word-of-mouth.
