Priority support is non-existant and what support there is reeally sucks
Pros: Probably a good product, if you can get the correct version after you make the purchase
Cons: What I dislike is purchasing on the 7th of the month and immediately creating a support ticket and their perl help desk is not functioning correctly and here it is the 16 of the month and still no response from their support desk or sales department. the sofware tells me I need to upgrade to the latest version but when I click the upgrade button it downloads the same old version none of which match the various version numbers listed on their out of date site or the numbers that the sofware says are to be the correct version. Extremely poor customer service. These folks are a genuine canadiate for "theseguysreallysuck.com"
