Pros: It lets you fiddle with the settings individually.
There is no charge for it.
It supports many more image types than Window's normal offering.
If you download object dock then the images from that can be used, no more downloads
Cons: The icon downloading is a pain in the neck- i'll never get to grips with it
The interface is annoyingly improveable- I want to re-program it.
It doesn't automaticsly run at startup, but instead you must copy the .exe into C:\Documents and Settings\name of user\Start Menu\Programs\Startup.

Pros: It has all the functionalty of the Mac OSX counterpart, with customisation, etc.
It runs at startup.
It comes with the laST (Cobalt) icons [V. Good]
It comes to top if you press your mouse upon the edge of the screen is on, so you can use the handy links that would otherwise be on the desktop without minimising anything

Pros: It doesn't insist on running
Cons: It is rubbish, junk.
It does nothing for your settings, doesn't automatically run at startup, and worsens about the only part of Windows I don't actively hate, The taskbar and Startmenu
