Some good features but zero customer support, would not refund or answer emails.

Cons: I though that there were some useful functions but you can not integrate it into every site as half the functionality is on there server which you have no control over. I asked for help with some issues but had no reply to my emails. I asked for a refund under the 30 day money-back guarantee but none received. Very poor customer service. Would not recommend any product that has no customer service once the product has been sold.
