Pros: Have downloaded and added artwork to iTunes without any problems at all.
Cons: I have NOT encoutered the program hanging but maybe this happens when it can't find a particular piece of artowork?

Pros: Allows you to send HTML emails which often proves so hard in standard mail programs
Cons: You can't save your mail and list of recipients unless you buy the license -- a small complaint! These guys deserve some cash.
