Good realtime wifi display
Pros: It didn't screw up my system's existing wifi controller upon installation, like another app did. Has visible, real time monitoring of ambient wifi conditions, great for troublehsooting multi-Access Point installations or for locations with heavy 802.11b interference. Also distinguishes between different access points broadcasting the same SSID, by their MAC addresses (and, theoretically, allows you to connect to each by specifing the AP MAC address).
Cons: I wish it had bound to my laptop's (Lenovo P60 Thinkpad) internal wifi card a little better. It works at first and then stops giving accurate readings and cannot successfully disconnect from one signal and connect to another through it's own interface. I found a workaround of rebooting, connecting to the signal I wanted to diagnose with the windows wifi interface, and then firing up WirelessMon to get the details. From that point, I would simply close the program, connect with the windows interface, and then re-load the program to do the diagnosis (without having to reboot). If I didn't jump between access points I could still see most of the real time stats in the signal list anyway.
