Uninstall didn't work

Pros: Adds a toolbar to all explorer windows, not only to internet explorer. Does what it claims to do... effectively fills out all online forms after being recorded the first time. Allows for one password to be entered, then it will complete all on-line fields encountered.

Cons: Uninstall is flawed. Couldn't uninstall product (at least with shortcut supplied) and it didn't appear in Add/Remove programs. Adds itself to LM registry run group without asking. Appears on every explorer window.
