Quran Auto Reciter
Version: 1.42very good product
Pros: I love the fact that I can download lots of Qaris's recitation, read the Quran both at the same time. My kid loves it too.
Cons: I wish if they had the prayer times automated as well like islamicfinder.org, but I still love this product.

Internet Download Manager
Version: 5.09 build 4A good pick
Pros: It picks up everything I am trying to download and does its job quite fast.
Cons: I am using dialup and I downloaded this for a medical software from epocrates.com. This software breaks up the download and failed to download the complete 9.8 mb file, I am trying to redo the same file, hoping it works this time.
