Pros: My iTunes will not work anymore for mp4 encoded for the iTouch all my other player on my "PC" work flawlessly and of course the venerable VLC, THE BEST PERIOD AND FREE.

Pros: So far the experience was vey good and I could update the license directly from the windows home server to the rest of my PC afer having installed on each PC, after if was only a matter to push the license to every PC that have a active connection to the server via the console itself, clic licensing, Deploy licensing Avast Professional Edition to all computer button after I have updated the software and virus definition on each of them for the first time and voila all my license are up to date now.
Cons: It took a simple email to have them sending me the explanation on how to do this and less the 24 hrs later the reply was in my mail box with an "SOP" on how to do this with clear picture and paste screen and clear text.
I suppose at the time you are seing this review that "SOP" is probably posted on their web site as this product for Windows Home Server side is fairly new.
Kudo to awil software.

Pros: Not as good looking as WMP, it could be intimidating if you want to go advance but like any open source program it just keep better and better at what it does.
Impressive rock solid software and nothing to envy to the quality of other player outside of the esthetic.
A must have player that will complete your video experience.
Cons: You need to be well vers in the software if you want to use the advance feature as the help section is quite silent about how to do this.

Pros: It does evrything it suposed to do and it is free and free of spyware, I just love it.
Cons: Would like to see a less rough design. Maybe more explanation for the advance feature so that I coud use them.

Pros: Can't beat the price also it is not free but close too when you upgrade
Cons: You need to install AC3 for the avi file with AC3 outside that it work very well.
