Steer clear of this garbage!

Pros: Nothing!

Cons: So much for the "free" downloads That I won in a Coca-Cola point redemption. This software is VERY buggy and crashes CONSTANTLY. The user interface is just plain, well...stupid. The downloads are slower than molasses rolling uphill in winter! To top it off, the music selection is *****. You have to know exactly what album or song you want to download. The "similar artists" search keeps yielding the same 5 bands! They have a ton of "world music" artsy-fartsy *****-ola, but very little classic rock and metal. My heart goes out to those people with portable Sony audio devices...you should have purchased...(gulp) an Ipod.

Complete waste of time

Pros: Nothing

Cons: There is nothing to this software. Ugly interface too. You are better off buying a used chemistry textbook on eBay.

Great Program! I love it!

Pros: I have been using Limewire for several years now. I thinks it's much better than Kazaa, Morpheus, and Audio Galaxy were. It offers you many filters, and it works great if you have a high-speed ISP. Make sure you know how to set up Limewire. Make sure you are not sharing any files you want kept private. Set up your filters properly, and you'll be fine.

Cons: You are at the mercy of other users and the scum at the MPAA/RIAA who plant bogus files . Too many people share mis-labeled songs or disguise porn links as legitimate files.

Awesome Program!

Pros: It's FREE!!! Easy to use interface, user friendly, coupled with clear and simple to understand help files. You can record in WMA or MP3. Its great for converting your old LP's to CD, and podcasts. Also great for recording audio messages!

Cons: Does not support MIDI files.

Power Video Joiner

Easy as sin! gets the job done!

Pros: Power Video Joiner does exactly what is supposed to do. I ripped a music video DVD to mp4 format but because of the way it was produced the tracks would only convert as separate mp4 files. Power Video Joiner is a quick and easy way to merge all the files into 1 file. Now I don't have to go back to my ipod menu after each song...It's one video file, which is convenient when on an exercise bike! I like the fact that you can select any video file from your PC and place them in the order you want. PVJ lets you adjust video bitrate, Codec, width/height, Audio bit rate, channels, and sample rate. I highly recommend!

Cons: Annoying watermark on free version. But $19.95 is a very fair price for this user-friendly software!
