The Break is a terrific way to "take a break"from a busy lifestyle.
Pros: I like the different variations you can choose from- like the different leaders, music and stretches. Its a great health product.

3 Minute Vacations
Version: 1.03 min vacations is so awesome and will help you relax!!
Pros: I like the variety of the 3 min vacations. The scenery is so beautiful and relaxing. It takes you away if you need to relax. The music along with the scenery and nature is wonderful and a great idea!! I recommend this product highly.
