Pros: I was able to install it with no problems, it's pretty cute, and seems to do most things it's supposed to do.
Cons: As a previous reviewer noted, Caller ID is not actually available with this version, only with the paid version.

Pros: Easy to install, and works great. For us it was a much better solution than buying a phone with a display. We have our computer hooked to our stereo, which goes to several rooms, so we can hear who's calling from all over the house.

Pros: the previous version worked well and was very helpful
Cons: gives a "file not found" error when it tries to start
