Pros: AG is a MUST!
I've been using it for years, it's better than any other ripper I tested (commercial or free).
It's small & fast, has a clean interface, many options (freedb support, volume normalization, customizable bitrates, folder+filename formatting...) and, as opposed to other apps, runs w/o problems in slow systems even with Windows 98.

Pros: I tried several products for this task, but doPDF is the best one!
Very small, amazingly fast, and their final files are better than those from Ghostscript generators (CutePDF or PDFCreator).
THANK YOU VERY MUCH!
Cons: It hasn't many configuration options but, since doPDF is a gift (the company sells NovaPDF, its commercial counterpart), it's a small price to pay ;)

Pros: Clean interface, good output quality, option to basic video edition (crop the size or duration).
Cons: RPVC doesn't detect and isolate conversion errors: if there's a problematic file doesn't skip it, remains 'converting' it for always (only enlarges the remaining time).

Pros: 1-It's fast.
2-It can convert 99% of videos.
Cons: 1-It lacks an "Auto" option to retaining the original file settings (as Audio/Video sample rates + bitrates).
2-It hasn't options for 'original folder as output' or 'autorenaming all'.
3- When it finds a single file/coding error, stops the entire batch process. The user can't leave it unattended...
4-It uses the old Windows mp3 encoder, limiting the output quality. If the user tries to enable the Lame acm encoder, WAC trash out the audio. A better solution: it would be able to recognize the lame_enc.dll as other converters...
