The trial version is very basic -- Beware of no tech support from Ulead.

Cons: Since Ulead seems to be looking at these reviews maybe they will see this complaint. Ulead has poor tech support! I have Ulead DVD Movie Factory 3 and I've had problems with it since the beginning. I have tried getting help from their tech support but Ulead never replies to my emails and wants $1+ per minute for phone help. My problem with Movie factory 3 is not mine alone since I've found it listed in various DVD authoring chatrooms -- never with a solution.
