The VERY BEST SOFTWARE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!
Pros: I started using Acronis 8 about 9 months ago. I used Norton Ghost for several Years Prior to experiencing Acronis with limited results. Acronis 8 never ever once failed which finally gave me complete confidence of having a back up in place ready to go. I was leary on trying 9 as using Acronis 8 was perfect. I tried Acronis 9 trial first and I had a little trouble getting it to work as the program would shut down. I did contact Acronis and this is where this product jumps off the chart to perfection. Customer service was very prompt to this trial user immediatly I was able to easily fix this problem, I then sent two seperate questions to Acronis with two rather basic questions to boot and both were answered promptly with detail and for the first time the end of the answer that said "PLease FEEL at ease to contact Acronis with any questions" really felt real and I wasn't getting stroked. I then Purchased Acronis 9 about a week ago and this Like Acronis 8 just does not fail. Very simple interface more detailed than 8 more options if you wish.
Cons: I cannot get this product to fail even when I try to find a weakness. Will this product work still even if I pull the plug. After the Norton Crapshoot Ghost is this true good to be TRUE IMAGE. NO CONS THE BEST SOFTWARE I HAVE EVER USED
