Pages Look nicer but one major annoyance

Pros: I noticed that some sites I visit regularly look much better than in IE7, and the text looks better than in Firefox. This looks so much nicer that it is enough to make me want to use it.

Cons: 1) extremely slow initial program startup time.

2) this insane POP-UP that tries to FORCE you to install Macromedia Shockwave or Flash. You can't ignore it because you can't continue. And with a site like facebook, it will pop-up and block you every 3rd-4th page load approximately. very annoying. arent the people at apple aware that some of us block these thins because it is used only for advertising banners anyways? are these guys amateurs looking at the pretty colors and designs but not actually putting any thought into this? I say that because you can't even disable the nagging pop-up warning message!

does what it says

Pros: This program does what it says! I was looking for a program to view PDFs, AND to fill out PDF forms and save the forms. Acrobat Reader would not allow me to save PDF forms (not these ones), and this program allows me to annotate (fill them out) and to save them with my changes. My forms had tables and they displayed fine and filling out on the blanks worked as expected. Exactly what I was looking for. Viewing other PDFs worked fine too, including ones with graphics (I opened "Web design in 7 days.pdf" which has a nice mix of font sizes, graphics.

Cons: I can't think of anything right now. I COULD give you negative feedback on the OTHER ones I tried... they either had the save feature disabled or imprinted a watermark or imprinted an evaluation copy notice in the saved documents, which I did not like (FoxIt seemed very promising but it falls into that category. Mind you, paying $35 for their software is not unreasonable if you are happy with it - it's not like its in the hundreds or something like that, still, for me, I preferred a free one in this software category, since I use this so rarely). Another said it edit but I found it to only merge PDFs (which I can do on the source document level so for me this is useless). So I tried half a dozen so called "free" ones, and this one was the only truly free one, and it does the job very well. So no criticism for now. Good job guys (and gals)! 4 stars because one of the larger fonts did not appear to have perfect microspacing in one of the documents I opened - it was too tight (but the rest of the document, the more normal sized fonts were fine).

ENGLISH LAUNCHER, BUT APPLICATIONS IN ITALIAN

Pros: I downloaded this, with great hopes.

I know all of the applications, and they are all great.

Cons: EXCEPT YOU DISCOVER THAT THE OPENOFFICE COMPONENTS ARE IN ITALIAN! (and yes I did download english, as it has the english launch component)
