Functionality: Good quality when you have good starting material. Most of the filters available in many other similar products - 4.
Features: Well - image resizing. No surprises here - 3.

Pros: Interface: Very clean, intuitive and stylish. Easy to work with - a 5.
Functionality: Good quality of the pictures, better than what I have achieved with any other resizing software - a 5.
Features: More could be desired (few size options, doesn't open all video formats). Has some hidden gems - with "Tools"/"Extract Video Frames", one may extract several consecutive frames from a video to resize with another program and compare the results. Considering the price (freeware), a solid 4.
Stability: No problems whatsoever - a 5.
Download: Compact size for a swift download; fully functional program - a 5.
