Does the job
Pros: Simple, plain, and does the job pretty well
Cons: Watch out...........it allows you to set files to delete you might have wanted to keep. Especially menu files.

Pros: None, its not a program but on webpage motor
Cons: - It does not work
- It's not a program on your PC
- It installs all kind of unwanted tool bars on your browser
