Pros: It works basiclly
Cons: Not sure i like the new look at feel about this, prefer the old one better. There are to many optoins that say you need to pay, think i prefer the options to not be there than be there and not able to be used.

Pros: I like the fact this will scan viruses on the email ports, that is nice (and free)
Cons: Not sure i like the look at feel, very hard to find how to scan your PC with one click of a button, takes a number of clicks in the program.
At least a fast scan would have been nice, there is also to many icons on the screen, not enough "action" buttons to do stuff.

Pros: It does what it says, it will take a BAT file and create an EXE file. This is VERY handy for Windows and scheduling, easier to run an EXE file than BATS for anything including services.
It also allows you to put version numbers, copyright information, owners and a description that will show up on the EXE properties section.
It allows you to run as a dos box or ghost mode (no boxes on the screen).
It also allows you to add an ICON for the EXE file, i couldnt get this to work though...
There is one minor issue (which is why it didnt get 5 stars) read below.
Cons: I cant get the ICO file thing to work, i have emailed about this but thats another minor issue, its a german website and have yet to receive any response about the ICO file problem.

Pros: I have to say, i do like this, it will Sync when Outlook is OPEN and its LIVE ive watched the other PC update the screen to see it arrive while its open. You can change settings like how often this works. I used PRO and that has a server share so its easier BUT it does work and fully integrated.
It has the ability to add a 5 letter prefix to items its pushing to other PCS TASKS and Calender.
You can push folders as READ ONLY, you can push ONE item as "share" then tell it if they delete it deletes on yours as well or doesnt touch yours. I didnt fully test this for the below reasons...
It creates Unique ID for items as well so knows when you update a Name, it doesnt duplicate it, it really does update it. Clever that, but then thats how this sort of software should be....
Cons: There arnt enough push / pull settings, its all or nothing, this is ok with 2 PCs but when you have a larger amount (i have 7) then sometimes you want a machine to PUSH everything and not pull everything back. I have emailed about this and really hope they fix it. Other than this point (which is quiet a large one) its very good. Hasnt crashed (as yet).

Pros: It picks up AOL accounts (read CONS will explain more)
Cons: Downloaded and installed software, first thing to note, it needs a PC the size of the planet to run.
Will ONLY check 2 AOL accounts at one time (read below on this).
This 2 account future is not documented ANYWHERE, the software has firewall settings to allow you to lock out PCs you donęt want to use to check AOL accounts, this indicates it will allow any number of AOL accounts to be checked as there previous versions did, took me a while to do ALL checks to see why after Outlook had started to look for all 7 AOL accounts 5 of them was rejected with "connection refused" to this software.
Thought it was the network then the server error, after buying the software I checked with support a few times only to find it will only allow 2 AOL to be checked at the same time. This is rubbish and wasnęt documented and wasnęt how it used to be in other versions.
I then said to them this was misleading and want my money back they refused saying I had tested the software, a few emails back and forth as they wasnęt even willing to help I said I would get my credit card company to get my money back, they said they would invoice another amount if I try and that was in the agreement should I try to get my money back, they are right about this (its small print).
So for a company to have this written in the contract means they must get loads wanting there money back, could it be because of ***** SOFTWARE with hidden features they donęt tell you about.
NEVER USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING.
We now use IZYMAIL and to a really good price from them but they no longer support AOL, WEB2POP isn't bad either but not fully tested that, ENETBOT has problems when checking multiple accounts, will only check one at a time.
