It works - fast and effective

Pros: It is fast and effective and it gets better and better. You have to have one to write down and ask questions and use the add-ons. It has helped us a lot at Cargo. Both with developing new products, further innovation and with developing new strategies for our company.

Cons: As with everything - you have to get to used to using it. You have to have a facilitator that is used to using CAB. Or at least that is best.
