Highly unstable in Win 2000.Poor support.
Pros: Free version w/o frills of Pro worked well for years. Easy interface. Never a crash.
Cons: Purchased the Pro version. It caused the modem (cable) to drop out when going to and from secured pages--shopping carts, password entries, even Hotmail. Customer support sent me an email about some one else's problem, then a form to fill out for refund. No attempt to fix. 24/7 support line is answered 24/7 but is only staffed by nerds from 10-4 MST so what good is that? After 5 crashes a day that require shutting OFF the computer-don't have anything open while surfing!-I sent in the form. Have not received credit yet.
