Wonderful basic program for beginners just starting out and pros in a hurry.

Pros: This free program offers a surprisingly wide range of features from photo editing to burning gift cds. In addition, it allows you to easily manage all your photos, print them, archive them, etc.

The program is as close to totally intuitive as I have seen. Haven't needed the help function yet. Very clean GUI and excellent undo functions on each edit function, even when they are stacked. Very simple and very accurate red-eye removal, unlike other editing programs.

Ad Ware? Nope. Just an optional menu selection for on-line photo processing. Very, very fast program. Totally enjoyable to use. A worthwhile download for anyone who does digital photography or works with images routinely.

Cons: I wish Google would be a little more vocal about this free program.

If you need to work on layers and more sophisticated aspects of photo editing, you will be disappointed.
