Pros: This is the third time I've gone away to try other antivirus software products only to come back to this one. Now I will stick around and simply enjoy the excellent protection PLUS the ability of this software to remain almost invisible while doing it's job.
Cons: The only thing that is a little nit pick is the software seems to want me to register every 2 months lately whereas it used to be every year.

Pros: Easy to use, fast, efficient and offers mouse controls that I have not found in other browsers. Also saves your open browser windows automatically in case your system crashes, you loose power or you're just too tired to care.
Cons: I've been using Avant for the last couple years and even though I like it, I have noticed that every once in a while it tends to hang and I've gotta close it and reopen. I thought with their new 11 version that would be taken care of but no in my case. It could be a memory thing, but Firefox doesn't hang nor does IE.

It's a knockout and ACT's down for the count. What a slug! I've never been a great ACT fan, but I know they have many. The old ACT was fair, this one is . . . well to put it another way ACT is now an easy act to follow. Anything is better than this. I'd go back to my 3x5 cards before I would use this pig. Then to uninstall, it asks me to quit MS Word and IE. I can understand Word, but IE ---- UMMMM! Could it be they are monitoring something I do on my system? The only thing I can imagine is the beancounters say 'Get it out the door --- whatever it takes.' And the poor programmers, are left with nothing to do but patch over patch over patch until they've got a mess. The competition must be smiling.

I've been looking for a new CRM ever since my Goldmine went south and have reviewed too many to count. I was looking for certain specifics: ability to send both emails and faxes from the program, Sync capabilities for sharing data amongst people and places, a quotation system and a way to Analyze Performance with Metrics. Well . . . I just downloaded this demo an hour ago, and so far I'm very enthusiastic. Not quite as robust as GM, but superior in many other ways . . . ways which really count. Looks like a keeper to me.

This will make the third time I've come back to Avant. In the process of finding the perfect browser (there ain't one yet) I keep coming back to this one. I'm able to do so much without any strange things happening along the way. No ads, no extra bars, no nothing, just a good browser that offers excellent mouse controls. I like it a lot.
