GARBAGE ! Hard to learn, not intuitive, etc
Went looking for a product to print CD lists for my commercial jukebox and boy was this the wrong choice ! Even with their "wizards" it took me over an hour to figure out how to create & print a basic CD list. Their help, while apparently extensive, was NO help. There's no single tutorial that takes you from how to start with a CD in your player through to printing a label ! And the software interface is anything but intuitive. Mind you, I've been programming everything from device drivers to user applications since 1972, so this is coming from anything but a novice user. AND to top it off ... with all the wizbang settings & configuration windows, its missing something basic to my needs. Jukebox lists need to display tracks with 2 digit track numbers (eg. 01, 02 .. 10, 11). But there's no number format option available. I get 1, 2, .. 10, 11, or nothing. This makes it totally useless to me. Hint to you developers ... the first wizard that pops up should ask for a CD (or playlist or other source), then step through a few BASIC questions to arrive at a printable list. After taking a new user this far, you can then backtrack to teach them how to customize things. That's only if your default choices aren't good enough.
