A carefully thought out and nicely polished piece of software. Other utilities make icons from graphics files, but Pic2Icon is fast, does it's job and gets out of the way, and has the perfect balance of customization options - not too many, and not too few. "rkd" doesn't seem to understand the purpose of Pic2Icon - if he did, he'd like it as much as I do.
