Making your computer hostage

Pros: It has all the functions you need for a CyberCafe.

Cons: It's worthless. The help file and support forums are no help at all, and it's a big problem to uninstall the client. Also, it has a terrible server/client relationship, and an even worse user/password management. The headache to uninstall HandyCafe client is so huge that it's not worth to install it in the first place.
