Pros: It caught viruses that other anti-virus softwares missed during bootscan. It is also unobstrusive and requires very less memory.

Cons: The virus and program updating mechanism is clunky. As soon as you boot your computer, it checks for updates, slowing down your computer. It is better if updating could be restricted to a certain time of the day.
