Pros: It works. Almost perfectly. Low on resources, great on detection. And yeah, i've tried almost every antivirus product and I personally think NOD32 IS the best. Your money will be very well spent buying this anitvirus.
Cons: It's not free. :p But I suppose if it were it wouldn't be the best.

Pros: Seems to be fast, fair quality, 1-click tool.
Cons: I've never had this thing work right for me. Either the audio is out of sync, or the aspect ratio is messed up. I have no doubt that this has potential but, for me, it doesn't work. :(

Pros: It's customizable, skinable, tons of extensions, secure, and fast. The only browser for Windows that really compares to it is Opera, which is a great browser also. If the preview version of IE7 is any indication, you may as well just start using Firefox now.
Cons: I can't think of any cons off hand.

Pros: I use CCE all the time. It not only gives the best quality of any encoder i've ever used, but it's the fastest. It does what it's meant to do, and it's the best at it. This is what movie studios use to encode their video for the DVDs you buy at the store.
Cons: There is a slight learning curve. The GUI is good once you get used to it, but this encoder is meant for people who are serious about quality, not people who want some nice drag and drop, click the next button, guided interface. Don't let that intimidate you though, I say use the trial, use google to search for a few guides on using it (there are tons) and see for yourself.

Pros: Well...its free. Its fast. Its secure. Or at least WAY more secure then I.E. Tabbed browsing(you want tabbed browsing even if you dont know it yet.), It's just plain BETTER then IE. When you get this, i recomend tuning it with FireTune(freeware). That will make it even faster.
Cons: There's a con........??? Where?
