Pros: There are many products that examine the Registry and offer "fixes". This is the first I've seen that actually offers clear explantions of the errors and the proposed fixes. Easy to use, and results were evident.
Cons: The backup of Registry changes was invisible. I guess it worked, but actually it wasn;t evident that it did anything except offer reversals.

Pros: Tried several for-pay and free defraggers, and this would seem to be the fastest while still effective.

Pros: Scans quickly, finds problems well.
Cons: Recommends changes that seem likely to harm system. Install Yahoo Serach as the default serach tool! Strictly forbidden on my PCs to change thngs w/o notification. Mucked with IE settings with no way to revert. Bad actor.

Pros: This utility shows a comprehensive list of potential problems, and does a good job of explaining the possible causes. Allows you to save the analysis for future reference of off-site use. It's free.
Cons: Takes a while to run, and if you use the PC during that time it may give false positives. Perhaps it should lock up the user interface and give more obvious progress indications.
