Great Program

Pros: Does exactly what it's supposed to do. Simple to use, works every time. Fantastic!

Not a good start

Pros: Couldn't tell you. Didn't get that far.

Cons: Set-up did not recognize either of the CD/DVD drives that came standard in top-of-line Dell purchased over a year ago. Then came exercise of selecting a compatible model from the list for a test that involves actually writing files to a blank CD. I had to wonder how many CDs I might waste before I found a compatible match and I just didn't think that was a good start for using any kind of software.

Waste of time and discs.

Pros: Not much.

Cons: 1) Burned an .mpg video file at the wrong speed (about 20% too fast), 2) Tried to burn some .mp3s and got an error message that the disc was full (but I was well under capacity on a 700 mb disc) and 3) Tried to burn the .mp3s as a data disc which turned out to be un-playable. That's 3 different tasks and 3 wasted discs. But man I really get tired of software like this that just wastes my time.
