Pros: A terrific file recovery utility that does not ask you to input 'part of the file's name' prior to seaching your hard drive. Filters are also available to search for specific file names.
Cons: This little gem originally had an integrated 'wipe' feature that would allow the user to completely destroy already deleted files so they are now beyond recovery. The author removed this great feature after a few idiots lost data permanently by using this feature improperly. Sad that we must now all suffer because of a novice or two...

Auto-Patcher For Windows 98se
Version: 1.95 (PR2)FAR too large to download easily
Pros: Probably some good utilities and upgrades included.
Cons: Author should break this monster down into at least 4 or 5 components and allow users to pick and choose their downloads based on desire for features and upgrades. I use Win98 but have no desire for some features included in this program.

Version: 1.5.11.3FAR from the BEST available.
Pros: Noting - did not go past the internet connection tweaks...
Cons: From one standpoint only - making your internet connection faster - this utility fails miserable. Every time I have installed and tested it, it has SLOWED DOWN MY CONNECTION. There is something wrong with this picture. If you are using cable or DSL, try DFUe Tweaker. It is far superior to PC Pitstop for optimizing your download and upload speeds.

Version: 1.2.5Fantastic AND Free !
Pros: Does a great job of normalizing volumes on my mp3s. Nice interface and easy to use.
Cons: Would be even better if it were portable and the settings were in an INI file instead of under VBA programs in the registry.
