Reduces IT costs
Pros: For 90% of our users, I install EasyOffice and save lots of bucks.
Cons: 10% of our users new MS Office because of macros and other features EasyOffice doesn't have.

Backup2004 Pro
Version: 3.5.4.104lot of features for backups
Pros: I liked all the features for making my backups
Cons: I'm not sure if I want to pay for the program -- so much freeware out there

EasyOffice+PDF Filter
Version: 8.0Winner
Pros: Does everything Office does (for free) and then fills in the gaps with essential programs - antivirus (I had NAV running already so it didn't install so I don't know how good it is), super duper desktop replacement calculator, PDF formatting.
