Pros: I work in an IT Support department where I handle a multitude of cases. I am often scheduling call back appointments to troubleshoot with my clients. I needed a program that I could quickly schedule multiple reminders to insure that I did not miss an appointment. I tried a few programs and was not impressed. They either did not allow multiple alarms, or it took too long to set an alarm. Then I tried Kirby Alarm and I was immediately impressed. Kirby Alarm makes it quick and easy to schedule an alarm, it's reliable, and it works very well with Windows XP Pro and Windows Vista Business Edition. I've been using it for about a month and a half and have not had one issue with it. On another note, I also like how fast Ian, the creator of Kirby, responded with my registration code.

Pros: It uninstalls well
Cons: First, it could not detect my DVD drive, interesting. I got past that, and it did detect the audio media, but would not display any track information. Then, I was informed that I need to register with CDDB in order to pull the media data, but there is no option to do this.
Finally, just to be *****y, I think their website sucks too!

Pros: Everything about this Trillian is 5 stars. It is well written, so it has never caused me any problems with any OS I have ever used it on. Trillian makes it a breeze to handle multiple instant messaging accounts with only one application. Plus, I can still do things like send or receive files and use emoticons. It's just simply a winner.

Pros: Automenu provides a basic, yet functional and customizable autostart solution for CD's. I use it mostly for the utility CD's that I make for my technical team. Unlike most autorun scrips, this one comes with a menu of options that you create. A useful feature for cd's with multiple files or programs. All in all, I'm happy to give it 5 stars
