Pros: Hey, it's free and captures screenshots easily. It is easy to use.
Cons: It only captures a shot in your browser or desktop.

Webroot Spy Sweeper
Version: 5.0.5Average.
Pros: Detects spyware...
Cons: This thing was the slowest Antispyware software I have used yet. Sure, the free trial doesn't remove the spyware it detects, but you could do that yourself after scanning.
Bottom line-this thing is no better that the free ones. I'm not cheap, just reasonable.;)

Microsoft Windows AntiSpyware
Version: betaFinally!
Pros: This is the best antispyware software I have ever used. It found things that the other popular ones couldn't find. I've used Spybot, Adaware, and AOL's software and they simply do not compare. Plus I purchased Privacy Defender for spyware which is good, but not excellent like Microsoft's. Download this and you can free up your hard drive from the other spyware removers that currently junk it up.
Cons: No coms at all.

Norton AntiVirus
Version: 2005How to get screwed.
Pros: Detects viruses.
Cons: This software runs horribly slow. We are talking almost three hours to scan my PC with a 3.20 ghz processor speed. Plus it takes up so much CPU.
I recieved six months worth of Norton updates with my new computer only to have them cut me off after two months. So like an idiot I purchased another year of updates only to get screwed out of my updates after eight months.
They did not return emails, and I was on hold for over half an hour before I finally hung up and installed Mcafee with which I have had NO problems at all.
Beware of Norton. They have no customer support. Just read all the bad reviews!

Version: 6.0Bugs Galore!
Cons: This bersion is a nightmare to use. I have purchased a few whole albums. When I played them on my regular CD player only two or three songs would play, then it would turn to just silence for the rest of the CD.
Another thing is the annoyance of having to sign in every other page. It won't log you in automaticly with cookies and trying to update your card info is impossible with no phone support. Skip this thing and save yourself a headache. Thumbs way down.
