Support is so incompetent it proved useless

Pros: ...still thinking

Cons: Company was unable to correct an error issuing a phone number. My account is now linked to a number in use by a land based phone company client. Try to call me and you'll get them instead. Skype was totally unable to correct the problem and wanted instead for me to purchase yet another number. To date (6/23/2008) they have neither corrected the problem or refunded fees.

Sleek but lacks reader

Pros: It's lightweight

Cons: Unlike ePrompter you this doesn't have a reader or reply. To do either you have to open your client, which, for me, defeats the purpose.

All the Internet at a touch

Unlike AOL, you get ALL the internet instead of just what AOL's servers can handle. All common features are easily accessible and quick to load. If all you're looking for is chat, get the #1 ICQ. If you want easy Internet get MSN Explorer
