Useful but...
Pros: Useful to quickly change what programs are running at startup.
Cons: 1) Does not work well when ZoneAlarm firewall is active.
2) Your download is old; 2.11 is the newest available version.

Pros: More secure; tabbed browsing; multitude of plugins.
Cons: This version is obsolete; 1.0.4 with two important security fixes is available from Mozilla.org

Ad-Aware SE Personal Edition
Version: 1.06It used to be good
Pros: I had Ad-Aware Pro for many years - it was the first reliable anti-spyware product.
Cons: Something has changed at Lavasoft. First they took down the popular support forum. Next they set up a support site that is 100% inaccessible - I have not been able to login to that site since it was set up.
I have finally uninstalled Ad-Aware, and replaced it with Ewido.
