Pros: Not much I did like about it.
Cons: Tried it out and it was slow, Program does not offer an un-install. Not even listed under Windows to uninstall programs.

Version: 2.1Did what I needed
Pros: I was looking to compare two loans at differant interest rates and see what the savings would be over the length of the loans. Showed what I needed. The program shows the loans you have, compare loans and payoff forecast.
Cons: You have to put in how much you want to pay per month and it tells you how long it would take to pay off the loan. I would like to put in how long I want to pay on the loan and let it tell me how much I need to pay per month. You can play with the monthly payment and do a payoff forecast until you get the months you want.

Version: 7.0OK if you just want to deal with simple plans.
Color choices are poor. You have to pick colors from the Windows Paint colors. Once you choose the color you want, it doesn't show up on the screen in the room the same color. Needs more items options that can be added, such as furniture, room articles. Doesn't give much as visual aspect.
