Pros: A working but very basic PDF viewer.
Cons: It's quite slow. (Don't expect to skim through a document; you'll wait for each page to render, even on a fast system.) Viewing size is limited to really small or really big (no variable zoom). It doesn't support the standard Acrobat keyboard shortcuts. I suggest Foxit Reader instead... It's also free and needs no setup---but it's much faster and has more features.

Pros: I can't imagine why people still pay for things like WinZip when such excellent free archivers like TugZip are available! TugZip handles every archive format I've ever needed. It's fast, easy, and reliable. The other reviews here were obviously based on earlier versions---so to bring them up to date: (1.) I've used TZ 3.4.0 extensively and found no bugs at all (remarkable for ANY program). (2) TZ does indeed include RAR compression and extraction. (3) If TZ looked "like a Win 3.1 program" at one time, it doesn't anymore. A real winner!
Cons: None I've been able to find!

Pros: The interface is well-designed.
Cons: It's slow, and you must pay for it after the trial period. JR Directory Printer is much faster, and it's free.

Pros: Simple, fast, elegant---what more could you want?
Cons: I can always think of a few extra features to add to software---can't everybody?---and Launchy's no exception. I can hardly consider that a "con", though.
