Pros: None. The Offline NT Password & Registry Editor is FREE and works MUCH better, as well as working on NT 3.51, NT 4 (all versions and SP), Windows 2000 (all versions), Windows XP (all versions, also SP2), Windows Server 2003. Do a Google search for 'Linux NT Boot Disk.'
Cons: Not free; doesn't work with XP SP 2.

Version: 3.8mywebexpc.com Does The Same Thing For Free
Pros: Works okay, I especially like being able to use Linux to monitor/control a WIndoze PC & vice versa.
Cons: mywebexpc.com does the same thing for free, although it only works with Windoze and Internet Explorer.
