Terrible Support

Pros: It is an easy to use ecommerce website builder for a beginning online store.

Cons: I purchased the software on May 16, 2007 and expected immediate download. After a few days I still had not received any download info from Code9 software. I complained to Paypal, and then on May 24, 2007 I finally received a response and the download information. After building my website, a virus entered my computer and made the FastCart .exe file useless, however all other files remained intact and useable. The Fastcart website claims to give online support for 90 days. On August 7, 2007 I filled out a request to have my serial number reset, as it is impossible to re-download the software into my computer without a reset. It has been more than 2 days, and again I have no response from FastCart.
